Une sélection resserrée autour de belles rencontres de vignerons (buveurs d'étiquettes, passez votre chemin), et une volonté de rendre accessible le vin nature avec de très beaux jus, au juste prix. Un lieu rare dans la région, une très belle découverte pour moi
