Nov 2019100% bio, nature et biodynamie, avec l’envie de soutenir les jeunes producteurs dans leurs premières cuvées aussi. Du vin pour tous les prix (et du très bon à hauteur de mon petit porte-monnaie), de bons conseils, une équipe accueillante... Je quitte Paris avec la tristesse de quitter la Cave des Papilles ! Très bonne sélection de bières et de pétillants aussi !
