Originally from the Jura, Mathieu is a very promising young winemaker who settled in Savoie in the village of Saint-Baldoph. He takes over a vineyard with vines of 30 to 70 years of age which he converts to organic farming very quickly. Very little interventionist in these vinifications, Mathieu works without inputs or even without any sulfites added to most of the vintages.
