A joint project. After a first bit of life in Rennes, Mexico City, Jönköping (Sweden), then Paris, we decided to settle down in Anjou with the ambition of taking over vines and making organic wine.

Domain takeover opportunities that come and go, an installation project that takes time... This delay allows us some strolls in the vineyard(s). They lead to meetings with winegrowers from here and elsewhere with whom we could work: “the wanderings” are born. We will start by buying grapes and making wine.

The choice. That of the men and women with whom we work. Organic but not only that. Winegrowers aware that the organic specifications are not an end but a prerequisite, that farming methods must evolve towards greater agronomic, environmental and social coherence, that the road is long and that the paths are numerous... The one of the grape variety, of the region. That of the plots on which the winegrower agrees to sell us grapes. That of winemaking, of breeding.

No modern oenology or curious blends. Interventions in the cellar are very limited. Convinced of the quality of the harvest, we accompany the must as best as possible until bottling: a healthy, lively wine, which reflects the terroir of its plot of origin and the work of the winegrower who produced the grapes.

For a year, for a time. Ephemeral vintages... because “the wanderings” are built to the rhythm of our meetings, our desires and those of the winegrowers with whom we collaborate. And some renewals, because if you loved them, and we did too, why deprive yourself of them?
