Near Pézenas (Hérault), we cultivate our 2 hectares of vines in a preserved environment on old wine-growing terraces. We work in the spirit of biodynamic viticulture. Most of the treatments are based on herbal teas grown by us or dynamized preparations. Little soil mechanization with the tractor. Manual harvest in crates, vinification by gravity on indigenous yeasts. Foot treading, few pumping over. Unfined, unfiltered wines. Bottled by gravity. Addition of SO2 only, if necessary, before bottling. No certification, but a lot of conviction! The wine is made from healthy grapes, we are convinced by our cultivation method and prefer to devote our time to working the vines and not to certification. (administration).
