Jan 2020What a disappointing experience:-( I’ve been wanting to go here for over a year, every time I’m in Berlin they’re closed or fully booked. Was really excited to get a table a week ago and brought my boyfriend and another friend.. The service was just terrible.. took us ages to get seen to, when the guy came and took our order he couldn’t explain any of the food.. we ordered nearly everything on the menu (I was with 2 big eaters).. we only received 1/2 of the things we ordered and my boyfriend didn’t even end up getting any dinner ;-(, when we complained it was explained that there were only 2 people in the kitchen.. sorry, but if you have a staff issue you should point that out at the get go and not leave it as an excuse.. It seemed that the girl server was more interested in chatting with her cool friends at the bar than helping customers.. when it came to paying they didn’t even apologize or take a small deduction off the bill.. I won’t be back.. such a pity, it has the makings of a good place, just very badly ran...
