I’ve been meaning to visit Piola for a long time, and it was an absolutely brutal experience. Food with heart, flavor, and top-notch quality. And the pairing? Indescribable. We opened a true gem, 'La Rumbera' by Oriol Artigas—a wine with all the energy in the world, vibrant and authentic.
