My name is Cati Ribot I´m a third generation granddaughter of winegrowers, I have lived all my life surrounded by vineyards, we have Thirteen hectares of vineyard in Santa Margalida, North of the island of Mallorca. All our vineyards are certified organic and we make wine only from our production.

In 2019 was the year which i create my personal project in Galmés i Ribot (Ve d´Avior) Avior is a mallorquin word it means something become from old style, than it's the meaning of the project, all natural wines all local varieties. The varieties I work are: giró ros, malvasia de banyalbufar, prensal blanc, escursac, callet, callet negrella, esperó de gall, fogoneu Ve d´avior is my personal project, natural wines made with indigenous varieties.
