I’ve been meaning to visit Piola for a long time, and it was an absolutely brutal experience. Food with heart, flavor, and top-notch quality. And the pairing? Indescribable. We opened a true gem, 'La Rumbera' by Oriol Artigas—a wine with all the energy in the world, vibrant and authentic. If you’re looking for honesty on the plate and natural wines with soul, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
