Please note: While we prepare to move into our brand-new home in Trastevere, we are currently hosting all of our services and guided tastings at Gabrini restaurant in Prati. An independent, sommelier-led wine studio in Rome dedicated to honest, natural, and low-intervention wines. No pretense—just educational courses and guided tastings of small-scale independent producers highlighting Italy's indigenous grapes and terroirs. Join us!
