Oct 2023Je suis profondément triste de me sentir obligée de constater que cet établissement n’est plus le même que celui que j’ai connu. D’abord mon entrée a été servie avant la commande de boissons. Après attente j’ai été quand même bien conseillée pour le vin. Cependant mon entrée à peine entamée, mon plat est arrivé précipitamment. J’étais très embarrassée. De plus mon civet de cerf fut immangeable (trop dur, trop sec) Pour terminer mon expérience malheureuse, les personnes qui avaient réservé une table pour le deuxième service de 21h étaient à l’entrée impatients de nous voir partir et de pouvoir s’attabler. Excusez moi d’apporter ce témoignage qui me contrarie.
Oct 2023Sélection de quilles impeccable. Dans l’assiette grands classiques alsaciens réalisés avec un bon sourcing et une main de maître, ce jour là au déjeuner : tarte au munster puis Fleishkielche (galette de viande) pour l’un, harengs à la crème et raifort puis cervelas pour l’autre. La tarte au myrtilles et la crème brûlée ont parfaitement clos ce délicieux repas. Hautement recommandé !
