In 2022, an important shift: O2Y works its own vines in Arbois and Poligny (1.3 Ha of Pinot Noir, 0.43 Ha of Savagnin, and 0.6 Ha of Poulsard/Trousseau).
The first vintages made with the estate's grapes, grown organically, without inputs, will be increasingly present.
