It’s Bojo night! Each 3rd Thursday of November a year.
The taste of Beaujolais Nouveau isn’t known for bringing you to greater heights unless this wine is provided by a talented artisan winemaker like Sylvère Trichard. This years Bojo night you’ll get just Sylvère in your glass until you dance under or over the table, if you feel like. That’s what we’ve experienced four years ago in Paris when we discovered the tasty magic juicy freshness of Sylvère Trichard’s Beaujolais Nouveau “ivress”(ness) *1. Must be that the terroirs of him are flattering to a “primeur” *2. To be prepared for your thirst we counted some Magnums in. Ok, to cut it short, that night will be joyous. Any of the limited bottles left that night can be purchased to take away. Haha 😀
*1 this light feeling of not yet being drunk but close to it combined with the soft satisfaction triggered by gourmandise that starts with titillation in the roots of your hair, down the spine and tummy and out the sashaying feets
*2 a young wine, just bottled after fermentation, that is meant to be drunk right away, with your pals. this is where the glou-glou comes from
