RESTAURANT ESTRAGON LA PLACA Our charming restaurant Estragon - La Placa is open since 1 February 2023. The "Tarragon" is suitable for those who love the "special". Naturalness and regional organic products in a warm and hospitable environment. In autumn 2022, Yvette and Georg bought a typical Mallorcan house in Felanitx, which had previously housed the Estragon restaurant for over 20 years. The "Estragon" was reopened under the old name, but with a different concept. Sustainability is important to Yvette and Georg in the new restaurant. In addition to organic wine and French wines, the couple also tries to use other organic products. "Quality instead of quantity is totally important to all of us. We have also bought a finca site in Felanitx where we want to grow our own fruit and vegetables. In addition, we will buy products from local farmers who work without machines. Our two-person cooking team consists of René - the chef - and Milko. René makes fantastic meat and fish dishes and Milko, a Peruvian with Japanese roots, creates a wonderful fusion cuisine with many vegetarian dishes. They are the heart of our new project. Our three lovely service staff round off our dream team with their know-how.
