Italy, France, Croatia, Hungary, Georgia, Armenia, Czechia and Australia: each estate has its own history, landscape and grape varieties, yet all share the same commitment to organic farming, minimal intervention and wines that speak honestly of their place of origin. Clos Gisone

Clos Gisone is the project of Corinne Gisone, who left a career in the pharmaceutical industry to pursue her passion for viticulture and create a winery rooted in organic farming and authentic winemaking. Established in Montblanc, in the heart of the Hérault, the 4.5-hectare estate is cultivated entirely by hand, with a strong commitment to biodiversity, healthy soils and respect for the environment.
From the vineyard to the cellar, every decision reflects a low-intervention philosophy. Organic grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care to preserve their freshness, energy and sense of place. Working with Mediterranean varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Bourboulenc and Clairette, Clos Gisone produces vibrant natural wines that express the character of the Languedoc and the passion behind this young independent estate.
Azienda Agricola Tenuta di Spannocchia

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Province of Siena, Azienda Agricola Tenuta di Spannocchia is a historic organic estate where farming, biodiversity and natural winemaking are deeply connected. Guided by Niccolò Merighi, the vineyards are cultivated with respect for the surrounding ecosystem, and the wines are made with a low-intervention approach that allows each vintage and the Tuscan terroir to speak for themselves.
Part of a working farm that includes woodland, olive groves and heritage livestock, the estate embraces a holistic vision of agriculture. Trapan Winery

In the heart of southern Istria, Trapan Winery is a family-run estate where Irena and Bruno Trapan craft expressive natural wines with a deep respect for both the vineyard and the surrounding landscape. Working biodynamically on around 11 hectares of vines, they favour manual harvesting, minimal intervention in the cellar and gentle winemaking that allows each wine to reflect its origin.
The vineyards are planted with native Istrian varieties such as Malvazija Istarska and Teran alongside Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, producing wines that combine freshness, elegance and a strong sense of place. As one of the leading voices of the new generation of Istrian winemakers, Trapan Winery continues to showcase the unique character of Croatia's natural wine scene through authentic, terroir-driven wines.
Barcza Winery
Somlóvásárhely, Hungary
Founded by Bálint Barcza in the volcanic Somló wine region, Barcza Winery is a small organic winery dedicated to producing elegant, terroir-driven natural wines. Although the family has been connected to viticulture for generations, the estate was established in 2011 with a clear vision: to let Somló's distinctive basalt soils and unique microclimate shine through every bottle.
Working exclusively with organically grown grapes, Bálint relies on hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention in the cellar. The wines are aged patiently on their lees, without fining or filtration and with little or no added sulphur, resulting in expressive, mineral wines that capture the purity of this remarkable Hungarian terroir. Native varieties such as Furmint and Olaszrizling take centre stage, offering an authentic taste of one of Central Europe's most distinctive wine regions.
Domaine Phloème

In the southern Ardèche, Perrine Quirion and John Guénolé founded Domaine Phloème with a shared passion for living soils, healthy vines and expressive natural wines. Farming organically and guided by agroecological principles, they cultivate their vineyards by hand, encouraging biodiversity and allowing nature to shape each vintage. Their philosophy is rooted in careful observation, patience and respect for the rhythms of the land.
In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum. Native yeasts, gentle extraction and little or no added sulphur preserve the purity of the fruit and the identity of the terroir. The result is a collection of vibrant, energetic wines that capture the freshness and character of the Ardèche, reflecting both the region's wild landscapes and the couple's thoughtful approach to natural winemaking.
Tedzami Wines
Garikula, Shida Kartli, Georgia
Founded by Giorgi Malatsidze in the village of Garikula, Tedzami Wines is a small family winery dedicated to preserving Georgia's ancient winemaking traditions through a contemporary natural wine philosophy. Since 2017, the estate has been producing handcrafted qvevri wines in a remarkable 300-year-old cellar, working primarily with indigenous Kartli grape varieties that reflect the unique identity of the region.
Every wine is made with minimal intervention, using hand-harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentation and traditional clay qvevri buried underground for fermentation and ageing. Focusing on native varieties such as Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane, Chkapa, Shavkapito and Tavkveri, Giorgi crafts authentic natural wines that honour Georgia's rich viticultural heritage while expressing the purity and character of the Shida Kartli terroir.
Mon Jardin de Vignes

Set on the foothills of the Montagne Noire in the Minervois, Mon Jardin de Vignes is the personal project of Patrick Moderc, who farms a small vineyard surrounded by unspoilt nature and remarkable biodiversity. Working without irrigation and cultivating the vines by hand, Patrick follows organic, biodynamic and agroecological principles to produce natural wines that reflect the balance and vitality of their environment.
In a restored cellar dating back to 1907, every wine is crafted with a low-intervention approach, allowing the fruit and the character of the terroir to take centre stage. From old-vine Carignan to Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvèdre, Mon Jardin de Vignes creates expressive natural wines that capture the authenticity of the Minervois while celebrating a thoughtful, hands-on approach to sustainable viticulture.
Azienda Agricola Giuseppe Cipolla

In the hills of central Sicily, near the village of Milena, Giuseppe Cipolla has built a winery that reconnects the island's ancient agricultural heritage with a modern natural wine philosophy. Working organically, he revives old vineyards and native grape varieties, allowing the unique chalk and sulphur-rich soils of the area to shape wines of remarkable freshness, salinity and mineral character. Les Quilles Libres is the winemaking project of Sylvain Genoud, who crafts small-batch natural wines inspired by the landscapes and grape varieties of the northern Rhône and neighbouring Savoie. Closa Populus is the collaborative project of Marion Letournel and Simon Dandois, two winemakers who share a passion for living soils, thoughtful farming and expressive natural wines. Based in Anjou, they cultivate their vineyards organically, encouraging biodiversity and working by hand to preserve the balance of the vines and the identity of each parcel. Their approach is rooted in patience, careful observation and a deep respect for the rhythms of nature.

Gyurjyan Wines

Located in the historic wine-growing lands of the Ararat region, Gyurjyan Wines is the project of Khachik Gyurjyan, a winemaker dedicated to preserving Armenia's ancient winemaking traditions through a natural and artisanal approach. Working with indigenous Armenian grape varieties, the estate focuses on authentic expressions of the land, combining traditional methods with a deep respect for nature and the vineyard.
The wines are crafted using traditional Armenian karas (amphorae), with spontaneous fermentation, skin contact and minimal intervention allowing the grapes to reveal their full character. Varieties such as Voskehat and Nerkarat showcase the diversity of Armenian viticulture, producing distinctive amber and red wines with a strong sense of place. Through patience, heritage and careful craftsmanship, Khachik Gyurjyan offers a modern interpretation of one of the world's oldest winemaking cultures.
Jediný Sud

Located in the renowned wine village of Velké Bílovice in South Moravia, Jediný Sud is the natural wine project of Jan Kachyňa, a winemaker dedicated to creating authentic wines with minimal intervention and deep respect for the vineyard. As a member of the Czech Autentisté movement, Jan follows a philosophy centred on transparency, sustainability and allowing the character of each site and vintage to shine through.
Working with around one hectare of south-facing vineyards planted on clay soils, Jan farms without chemical treatments, using mainly herbal preparations and traditional methods. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented spontaneously and aged in barrels on fine lees for extended periods, with only minimal sulphur added. Focusing on varieties including Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling and Pinot Noir, Jediný Sud produces expressive natural wines that capture the unique energy and personality of Moravian terroir.
Léa Lobry
Val-Sonnette, Jura, France
Based in the southern Jura, Léa Lobry is a young natural winemaker creating expressive wines that celebrate the purity and individuality of this distinctive French region. Working a small 1.5-hectare estate around the villages of Maynal and Grusse, Léa farms organically with a focus on healthy soils, biodiversity and careful manual work in the vineyard. Her approach is centred on patience, observation and allowing the landscape to guide the wines.
In the cellar, Léa follows a minimalist philosophy, using spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and avoiding additives, filtration and unnecessary intervention. Her wines showcase Jura varieties including Savagnin, Ploussard and Chardonnay, with cuvées that range from fresh, mineral whites to vibrant reds and skin-contact expressions. Through her thoughtful approach, Léa Lobry offers a personal and authentic interpretation of Jura natural wine, highlighting the energy and character of this unique terroir.
Champagne Étienne Sandrin
Celles-sur-Ource, Champagne, France
In the village of Celles-sur-Ource, in the southern part of Champagne, Étienne and Anne Sandrin are crafting grower Champagnes with a strong connection to their land and a commitment to natural farming. Taking over the family estate in 2006, the couple gradually transformed the vineyards, choosing organic practices before moving towards biodynamic farming, with the estate certified Demeter since 2018. Their philosophy is centred on respecting nature and allowing each parcel to express its own identity.
Working primarily with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, the Sandrins produce Champagnes from carefully tended vines, focusing on purity, balance and minimal intervention. Each cuvée reflects a specific vineyard and vintage, with a style that highlights the character of the Côte des Bar terroir. Their low-impact approach and dedication to biodiversity make Champagne Étienne Sandrin a notable example of the new generation of natural and biodynamic Champagne producers.
Nord-Sud

Nord-Sud is the Australian project of Anna Martens and Eric Narioo, two pioneers of the natural wine movement whose work has become internationally recognised through their Sicilian estate, Vino di Anna. Created as a way to spend more time with Anna's family in Australia, Nord-Sud brings their decades of experience in organic farming and low-intervention winemaking to the cool-climate vineyards of the Adelaide Hills. The name, meaning "North–South", reflects a unique winemaking journey that spans two hemispheres.
Working exclusively with organically grown grapes, Anna and Eric favour spontaneous fermentation, native yeasts and minimal additions, allowing each wine to express the freshness and purity of its vineyard.
