All the vines have been certified organic by ECOCERT for 10 years, and we have continued the certification since taking over the plots in 2024.
Our vineyard cultivation methods are simple: minimal tilling to minimize soil impact, we leave grass between the rows and only lightly cultivate the soil around the base of the vines. We try to limit tractor traffic in the vineyards as much as possible.
The treatments are carried out using a backpack sprayer, with minimal doses.
In the winery, the winemaking process uses indigenous yeasts, without the addition of any inputs or sulfur.
All wine handling is done manually; we perform pressing with a vertical ratchet press, and it lasts on average 24 hours.
In 2025, which is our first vintage, we have 3 vintages.
We are committed to offering natural wines that are precise and straightforward, which is why we carry out long pressings, taking care to maintain impeccable hygiene and use high-quality grapes.
