I work according to the principles of biodynamics and agroecology, production models that respect soil life, biodiversity and the environment: plant cover and partial spontaneous grassing, minimally mechanized soil work (some surface hoeing), use of plant-based sprays (herbal teas, decoctions, manures, and essential oils coming soon).
Vines certified organic and Demeter in 2023.
From the 2024 vintage onwards, the wines are packaged without capsules and in reusable bottles.
The wines are made in a traditional way, with precision and rigor, as naturally as possible, often without any additives.
