Jan 2024Encore une bien belle découverte, dans le quartier romain du Ghetto: la fromagerie "Beppe e i suoi Formaggi", Via di S. Maria del Pianto. Plateaux de fromages artisanaux au lait cru et excellents vins naturels à toute heure de la journée. Comme les vrais amateurs le savent, le vin blanc fait bien meilleur ménage que le vin rouge avec les fromages. N'hésitez donc pas à vous laisser tenter par la cuvée spéciale que l'estimé viticulteur sicilien Nino Barraco réserve à cette épatante fromagerie romaine: "Esprit Garibaldien", un vin naturel blanc ultra-frais et fruité, à base d'un assemblage de cépages siciliens: Grillo, Catarratto et Zibibbo. Non filtré. Sans sulfites ajoutés. En magnum de 1,5 l. À tomber! #Roma #ViniNaturali #NaturalWine
