Oct 2018Balthazar est LA bonne adresse du quartier! Le chef choisi chaque semaine une carte nouvelle (et délicieuse) et de saison. Il arrive à me faire découvrir des saveurs et goûter à des plats que je ne soupçonnais pas. Et tout ceci accompagné de vins naturels qui se marient très bien avec des plats raffinés. L’accueil y est toujours agréable et chaleureux et j’adore tout particulièrement les mardis soirs où ils y font leurs « apéros vinyles » et l’on peut y déguster divers plats à partager entre ami.e.s. Moi je dis « Chapeau Balthazar! » Enfin un endroit où les produits ont le goût de ce qu’ils sont et les prix encore raisonnables!
