LIVING WINES Thanks to lasting partnerships with winegrowers and winegrowers working with respect for the living, according to the specifications of organic farming, 1006 interprets the terroirs of the Loire by selecting and monitoring all year the plots dedicated to its wines. URBAN CHAI Harvested by hand, our grapes are transported with care to our urban cellar in the city center of Angers. Here, they are vinified, aged and then sold on site. I vinify the grapes of my partners in a natural way. This is understood thanks to the indigenous yeasts of the grape, with no or few inputs (sulfur), without dogma for all that, in order to keep things good and alive.

Grâce à des partenariats durables avec des vigneronnes et vignerons travaillant dans le respect du vivant, selon le cahier des charges de l'agriculture biologique, 1006 interprète des terroirs de Loire en sélectionnant et en suivant toute l'année les parcelles dédiées à ses vins.

CHAI URBAIN

Vendangés à la main, nos raisins sont acheminés avec soin dans notre chai urbain dans le centre-ville d'Angers. Ici, ils sont vinifiés, élevés puis vendus sur place.

"Amoureuse de la Loire, ce qui m'anime est de façonner des vins digestes, sincères et reflétant leur terroir d'origine. Je vinifie de manière naturelle les raisins de mes partenaires. Cela s’entend grâce aux levures indigènes du raisin, avec pas ou peu d’intrants (soufre), sans dogme pour autant, dans le but de faire bon et vivant. Santé !"
