This great thousand-year-old land is our place of life. From the vine to the wine, our approach is virtuous for nature, man and the grapes. This land shapes us, nourishes us, roots us… We are dedicated to its vitality and full expression in our natural wines. The Cinq Peyres estate is certified in organic and biodynamic agriculture, but above all, we believe in common sense. The gesture of the hand gives meaning to working the land. Our winemaking is done without sulfur and takes place spontaneously thanks to native yeasts naturally present on the grapes. Hygiene and tasting define our work at the cellar where we support the harmonious expression of the terroir in our wines.
