C’est un temple de la bistronomie italienne et du vin nature. Le service excelente, surtout la sommelière qui te fait l’accord mets/vins parfaitement. J’y ai été pour mon anniversaire le week-end passé et j’ai vécu une superbe expérience gastronomique et humaine (j’avais les larmes eux yeux en partant, tellement ils m’ont ému). Merci à tout l’équipe, j’espère revenir bientôt chez vous.

Dommage, je cherchai un spot sympa pour un verre de vin avant de prendre mon avion mais il y avait un cours de cuisine et une dégustation de l’intérieur…j’aurais bien apprécié un verre de vin en terrasse avant de repartir avec mes valises mais la serveuse qui ne connaissait pas Raisin n’a pas fait l’effort de me laisser le poser là. Direction, Trapizzino de l’autre côté du Tibre où l’on n’est jamais déçus
My wife and I went here for dinner during our honeymoon. The service was incredible and they offered us several different tastings during our meal. Our favorite was an orange wine from Fatto Coi Piedi. They also served us some live fermentation sparkling wine at the start (didn’t catch the name) and a moscato of the same principal at dessert. Our server also suggested this delicious red Pinot to go with the meatballs, which was delicious (did not catch the name either) Food was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. Pricing was a little higher than other restaurants in Rome but the quality of service and food made this restaurant stand out. We ordered the tagliatelle with goat, the cacio e Pepe, meatballs and the ricotta dessert.
