We have two objectives, to sublimate the earth and to democratize good wine from natural vinification. We want as many small producers as possible to be able to make a living from organic farming, respecting the soil and quality work.
We create a network of committed winegrowers.
All are certified organic, respect strict specifications, and do not apply any synthetic pesticides, insecticides or weedkillers in their vines. The grapes are harvested by hand to promote quality, such as social bonds, human energy and the celebrations that the harvest creates. After systematic maceration for the reds or oranges, occasional for the whites, the grapes are pressed.
The juices are simply put in vats, tuns and barrels, then we let the juice express itself.
In addition to certain ephemeral vintages, we offer you a permanent range of 5 wines. A White, a Red, an Orange, a Pet Nat and a Rosé.
Each vintage presents an original character on its label which does not change, unlike its content which evolves over time depending on the batches which differ. All follow the same specifications.
Tastes vary, but the framework, the reasons which push you to open a type of Pépin bottle are invariable.
