Jul 2025In love with this place. The owner Herve knows so much about wine. He’s a joker and great value. He’s also very French and quite particular - DO NOT let him see you googling the wine or touching ‘his’ bottles lol. Literally the best wine bar in Paris. Incredible Petit Chablis and Alsace. Every bottle a winner.
Mai 2024Very rude owner who thinks he is the pope of natural wine in his little island of Ile Saint-Louis. I was in the shop for a mere 10 minutes and this was by far the worst wine shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’m an Asian just looking for two bottles of wine to bring home and the ultra-racist owner just shit and spit on me like some worthless rag when I was using the wine app to find out the origin and the profile of the wines (mind you he was busy entertaining other customers so I decided to help myself to info from the wine app) I’m appalled and still reeling from the terrible experience! Came home and I now know why he treated me that way. The wines at his store are sold for a much higher mark-up (I presume he doesn’t want customers on the app to find out the real price) Unfortunately for him, I was not even looking at the prices, I’m always prepared to pay any price for wines I feel interested to try and just wanted a pleasant wine shopping experience. By the ways this same review is going up on Google as well as I’m extremely upset!
Mai 2023Très belle sélection mais les prix sont prohibitifs !!!! Payer une bouteille 17,50€ alors que les sites et des cavistes de province proposent ce flacon entre 10 et 12€ …c’est tout à fait anormal !
