His uninhibited quest for excellence and his sense of detail earned him the nickname of alchemist of grape varieties, or fanfan for the more intimate. With 12 hectares in ownership; on white and red Côtes du Jura, Domaine Ganevat produces very low yields, where only each terroir expresses its specificities. Jean-François Ganevat also offers us reds in amphorae, in addition to his vin jaune or the iconic Les Vignes de mon Père, aged in 1980s. for ten years.
