About
As always very interesting. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tronconic vats of 500 liters. Minimum biological ageing (velo flor) of 7 years in French oak Demi-muids (500 liters). Unfiltered, unclarified and no added sulphites. Honey-nuts bomb on nose & extra elegant and balanced on taste.
