A copper-colored orange wine with excellent drinkability. A wine with with gentle tannic grip and aromatic richness. Spicy and herbal on the nose. On the palate dried apricots, quince marmalade, smoky accents. Orange peel and minerals in the aftertaste.

Traditional method, second fermentation in bottle, unfiltered and unfined to maintain the maximum natural flavours and maintain the quality of bubbles. 9 months ageing on the lees. No dosage - brut nature - extra bruto. Total sulphites SO2 mg/l:< 20, alc.: 11,5% Bairrada, Atlantic coast, northern Portugal.
