Sep 2020Oustanding 5-courses set menu, with simple but originally matched ingredients. Homemade sourdough bread served with butter is a positive surprise.
Aoû 2019Outstanding modern kitchen with interesting fusion aspects. Complex plates but not overdone, the ingredients stand out. Nice staff. Good vegetarian options. Compliments to the sommelier for the pairing. One of my best eating experiences in Italy.
