Il Barolo DOCG Rocche di Castiglione 2021 di Roccheviberti nasce da uno dei cru più prestigiosi di Castiglione Falletto, nel cuore delle Langhe. Ottenuto esclusivamente da uve Nebbiolo, rappresenta una delle espressioni più autentiche del territorio grazie a una vinificazione tradizionale con lunga macerazione e un affinamento di 2-3 anni in grandi botti di rovere francese, seguito da almeno 12 mesi in bottiglia. Alla vista si presenta con un intenso colore granato. Il bouquet offre eleganti note di viola appassita, rosa, spezie, cuoio, goudron e piccoli frutti rossi maturi. Al palato è strutturato, raffinato e persistente, con tannini setosi, grande equilibrio e una straordinaria capacità di evoluzione nel tempo. È il vino ideale per accompagnare brasati, selvaggina, arrosti, tartufo bianco d'Alba e formaggi stagionati, ma rappresenta anche una bottiglia da collezione per gli appassionati di grandi Barolo.
