Il Barolo Rocche di Castiglione DOCG 2019 di Roccheviberti nasce da uno dei cru più prestigiosi del comune di Castiglione Falletto. Ottenuto esclusivamente da uve Nebbiolo, esprime tutta l'eleganza e la profondità tipiche del territorio. Al naso regala intensi profumi di rosa appassita, ciliegia matura, piccoli frutti rossi, spezie dolci, liquirizia e leggere note balsamiche. In bocca è strutturato, raffinato e armonico, con tannini setosi e una lunga persistenza minerale che gli conferisce grande capacità di invecchiamento. Perfetto in abbinamento con brasati, selvaggina, arrosti importanti, funghi porcini e formaggi stagionati.
