Plaku di Balaj SEB Winery è un vino rosso naturale proveniente dalla regione di Valona, in Albania. Ottenuto da vitigni autoctoni Shesh i Zi e Vlosh, racconta il territorio balcanico attraverso una vinificazione artigianale e a basso intervento. Fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni, affinamento in botti di castagno e lunga maturazione regalano un sorso profondo, speziato e minerale. Al naso emergono sentori di frutti rossi maturi, erbe mediterranee e spezie scure, mentre in bocca è avvolgente, equilibrato e dal tannino setoso. Perfetto in abbinamento con carni rosse alla griglia, agnello arrosto, salumi speziati, formaggi stagionati e cucina mediterranea saporita. Ottimo anche con piatti della tradizione balcanica, selvaggina leggera e paste al ragù intenso. Un rosso autentico e territoriale, ideale per gli amanti dei vini naturali e delle produzioni rare dell’Est Europa.
