L’Ombra del Gatto di Massimo Brutti è un Rosso Veneto IGT ottenuto da Merlot e Corvina. Le due varietà si completano: il Merlot porta morbidezza e frutto scuro, mentre la Corvina aggiunge slancio, profumi di ciliegia e una tipica freschezza veneta. La vinificazione è orientata alla bevibilità e alla nitidezza del frutto, con un’espressione diretta e territoriale. Il risultato è un rosso agile ma non semplice, capace di unire rotondità, succosità e una piacevole vena speziata. Nel calice emergono ciliegia, mora, prugna ed erbe leggere; il sorso è asciutto, armonioso e scorrevole. È indicato con salumi, primi piatti al ragù, carni arrosto, grigliate e formaggi di media stagionatura.
