Il Castore Pinot Grigio di Pezzalunga Vigneti è un vino rosato unico, ottenuto da uve Pinot Grigio vinificate con cura per esaltare colore e complessità aromatica. Alla vista si presenta con un affascinante rosa ramato, tipico delle macerazioni brevi sulle bucce. Al naso regala note di frutta fresca, piccoli frutti rossi e sfumature agrumate; al palato è elegante, minerale e fresco, con una piacevole sapidità che invita al sorso. Perfetto come aperitivo, si abbina con piatti di pesce, sushi, salumi leggeri, formaggi freschi e primi piatti vegetariani. Un vino versatile e contemporaneo che esprime il carattere del Pinot Grigio vinificato in rosa.
