Il Grill degli Eredi di Cobelli Aldo è un raffinato vino rosso trentino prodotto da sole uve Teroldego, vitigno autoctono del Trentino. Coltivato in collina a Sorni, viene vinificato in legno e macera per 10-15 giorni, seguito da almeno un anno di affinamento in barrique. Al naso regala note di more, mirtillo, frutti di bosco con sentori di sottobosco. Al palato è di buon corpo e struttura, con tannini ben integrati, fresco con lunga persistenza e mineralità decisa. Ottimo con carni rosse, salumi, formaggi stagionati e piatti ricchi e grassi.
