Tuderi di Tenute Dettori è un rosso da Cannonau prodotto a Badde Nigolosu, nell’agro di Sennori, nel nord della Sardegna. Il vigneto e il clima mediterraneo imprimono un carattere maturo e profondamente territoriale. Il profilo richiama frutti rossi e scuri, macchia mediterranea e spezie, con un sorso pieno sostenuto da freschezza e sapidità. La trama è intensa ma non priva di slancio. Accompagna carni arrosto, selvaggina, paste al ragù e formaggi stagionati. Servire a temperatura di cantina.
