Il Valpolicella DOC di Bruscar è un rosso veneto prodotto con Corvina, Corvinone e Rondinella. Nasce nel territorio della Valpolicella e interpreta le varietà locali con un profilo essenziale, dinamico e orientato alla bevibilità. La vinificazione valorizza la componente fragrante e vegetale delle uve, senza ricercare concentrazione eccessiva. Il risultato è un vino leggero nel colore e nel corpo, ma espressivo, capace di alternare sfumature fruttate, floreali, minerali ed erbacee. Il sorso è asciutto, fresco e scorrevole, con tannini delicati e una chiusura sapida. È adatto a salumi, primi piatti, carni bianche, verdure arrostite, pizza e formaggi di media stagionatura.
