Il Mannaro Bianco di Cantina Sassopra è un vino naturale e autentico del Lazio, ottenuto da Malvasia di Candia e Trebbiano vinificati con lunga macerazione sulle bucce (oltre 130 giorni). Fermenta spontaneamente con lieviti indigeni e senza filtrazioni, secondo la filosofia biodinamica della cantina. Dal colore dorato intenso con riflessi ambrati, regala al naso profumi di fiori secchi, agrumi canditi, erbe aromatiche e tè verde. Al palato è strutturato, fresco e sapido, con un tocco tannico fine e un finale persistente e minerale. Un orange wine dal carattere selvaggio e sincero, simbolo della purezza e della vitalità del territorio laziale, firmato Cantina Sassopra.
