Très bel établissement qui s’appuie sur un concept de cuisine de partage. Produits locaux mis en valeur par des associations de saveurs remarquables qui donnent beaucoip de fraîcheur aux différents plats proposés. Les cuissons sont parfaitement maîtrisés. Le service franco-anglophone est à l’écoute et de bons conseils. La carte des vins se révèle de tres belle facture et riche en vins nature et biodynamie.
