J'adore les Chablis de Thomas Pico en jeunesse, quand ils sont bourrés d'agrumes comme ce Butteaux. Avec un ceviche, l'accord est génial.
Slightly fatter than the Beauregard of the same vintage, but sufficiently mineral to carry the day, despite the hint of oak.
Robe très jeune. Le nez est très chablisien en se complexifiant avec l'air. La bouche offre un superbe équilibre entre tension et gourmandise. Bravo!
