Chasselas - Languedoc - Vin de France
Prezzo della bottiglia: 21 EUR
Chute Libre from Terrain Vague is a red wine with an unusual story rooted in old Carignan vines from Fitou in the Languedoc region. Its journey began when the original 2022 vintage didn't finish fermenting, leaving a bit of residual sugar. To continue the process, the winemaker added freshly harvested Macabeo grapes from 2023, allowing them to soak for two months. This creative approach also included topping up with lees from another cuvée, giving Chute Libre extra character. The result is a light, lively red with a noticeably zesty acidity and a vibrant, fluid texture. It's a playful yet engaging wine that showcases the imaginative style of Terrain Vague, making it perfect for those who enjoy a bright twist on traditional reds.

Cuvée Jeux de Bulles - Domaine Mouressipe - Pierre Saakovidi
Caviste
Jeux de Bulles is a delightful sparkling wine from Languedoc in southern France, born from a creative collaboration between the young vigneron Joé Chandelier and Domaine Mouressipe. Its name, meaning “play of bubbles,” captures the fun and vibrant spirit behind its production. Made with old Chasselas vines—some nearly a century in age—this wine benefits from low yields and careful organic farming. The grapes are pressed directly, and their juice ferments at a low temperature in stainless steel before continuing to ferment in the bottle, creating natural, lively bubbles. No filtering or disgorging is performed, so what you taste is as pure and authentic as the vineyard itself. Biodynamic principles guide every step, emphasizing harmony with nature rather than intervention. The result is a fresh, expressive sparkling wine that balances subtle fruit flavors with a clean minerality, reflecting both the passion of its makers and the character of the land.
