Jul 2024Very rude owner (who also does the service), aggressive way of handling clients with special needs (in my case an hearing deficit). The cocktails are nice but Zürich is full of good cocktails bar, where you can also get a decent treatment and not have your night ruined by a rude, aggressive person. My “sin” was asking to be accomodate somewhere else than below the sound system, as I have severe hearing problems - what I got was clear sentence that he didn’t give a shit if I left. Avoid this place and soak in good vibes anywhere else!
