Les vieilles vignes (60ans) rendent le jus très noble sans sucre. Il est tout de même gourmand et ira très bien avec des fromages.
100% carignan blanc- déconcertant !!! S'accorde parfaitement avec les légumes.
Amertume et vivacité en début de bouche. Fruité (pomme cuite), léger tannins, par la suite.
