Is it skin contact, macerated white or orange or oxidated from a flor??? I don’t know - but I do know I really like the robust flavor with subtle sweet flowery notes and some oxidation.
Orange-ish, oxidized white, dry, smokey, peach on the nose.

Les vieilles vignes (60ans) rendent le jus très noble sans sucre. Il est tout de même gourmand et ira très bien avec des fromages.
