Akatcha is a fine-dining restaurant dedicated to wine, located in the heart of Paris's 9th arrondissement, at 5 rue Louise-Émilie de la Tour d'Auvergne. The restaurant was born from a shared dream between chef Naohisa Hiwatashi and the team behind 228 Litres and La Cave Pigalle. Akatcha is a place where the cuisine is conceived from the bottle's perspective. In the cellar, over 500 wines complement, challenge, and sometimes even disrupt the dishes.
