May 2018Délicieuse rencontre des cultures culinaires des deux rives de la Méditerranée. L’énergie orientale des saveurs fleuries se marie magnifiquement avec les formes françaises des plats authentiques, et souvent c’est l’inverse. Chaleureuse rencontre, aussi, avec un explorateur des interstices... un beau moment d’humanité gustative !
