Silex is a modern European Restaurant with a Wine Focus in Zürich Wiedikon. The name SILEX (french for: flint) is a reference to the terroir and the soils of some of the best wine regions worldwide and reflects our close-to-nature philosophy. Our 400+ wines come from artisanal producers who work with minimal intervention and farm their vineyards with respect for nature. Our regularly changing Menu featuring our network of local producers is both available À la carte and as Tasting Menu.
