Zelja (desire in Serbian) is light coloured red wine made from a rare indigenous grape variety black Tamjanika. Notes of wild strawberry, dried flowes, cinnamon, pineapple, lingonberry. Drink well chilled like a white wine, it is aromatic, fruity and full of character. Gastronomy: aperitif, oysters... Organic farming, since 2015 biodynamic practices. Native yeasts, carbonic maceration, one year aging in Burgundy barrique, no filtration, no oenological products added, doses of sulfite less than 25 mg/liter.
