Spero sia stata una bottiglia sfortunata, forse troppo giovane, ma mi è risultato molto difficile finirla. Scomposto, in bocca piatto. Ho sempre trovato i loro vini eccellenti, spero la prossima vada meglio.
Unfined, unfiltered and with the amazing aromas of bread crust, peaches, rosemary and yeast. The name of this wine "450slm" is in reference to the elevation of the vineyard. The wine is fermented spontaneously and left briefly in contact with the skins for 5-7 days, no sulfur added.

Vin très clair, pas de trouble à l’horizon. De belles bulles toutes mignonnes. Nez de melon, fleurs blanches, capiteuses. En bouche, c’est plutôt surprenant (il faut une certaine habitude aux vins nature) mais c’est la fraîcheur et la buvabilité qui l’emportent. En apéro c’est magnifique. Avec le soleil on touche au sublime.
