Prosecco "col fondo" rifermentato in bottiglia. Come dovrebbe eseere. Fresco, frizzante e semplice come una bella serata di settembre
A state of no return .... 🤔 ------------- The crisis has reached a point of no return ..... A route ... towards which you no longer have flight autonomy ..... We get by as we can .... Can't go back to base? .. Go back to the initial state ?? .... We don't talk about it ..... It reminds me of COSTADILA ’450 asl 2018 ... @ costadilavini Glera and other white grapes ... verdiso and bianchetta probably. Macerated for 6 days, second fermentation with raisin must. Pear, golden apple, lime, lemon, pink grapefruit, hay, fragrance and wild flowers envelop the nose and mouth in sensations then of shakes of freshness and thick minerals .... Wine without frills, juicy, straightforward and true, a sincere and thirst-quenching drink, a crunchy wine, a glu-glu wine .... Crackling bubbles, dynamic vibrations for a simple and sunny drink, graceful and carefree .... Spontaneous and turbulent .........
