Tour de France in the Savoie region calls for a natural wine from there as well: Jacquere, the main autochthonous grape variety of the region. Apple cider, cinnamon, thyme, fresh ginger, loads of it. Med body, more than expected from grape variety and 11.8% abv. Long time on the lees and some on the skins? High acidity as expected but still in balance. Some french beans and apple on the palate, lactic dried apple aftertaste.
Frais, salin, macéré juste ce qu'il faut pour booster l'aromatique sans lourdeur...le tout soutenu par une très belle tension ! Un vrai coup de coeur.
Superbe macération de Jacquère sur des notes d'agrumes très élégantes titrant seulement 10.5°.
Voilà longtemps que cette bouteille nous attendait au fond de la cave... Un peu de patience nous a permis de retrouver aujourd'hui un vin d'une belle densité, encore (délicatement) boisé. Assez sensible à l'oxydation : 2 jours d'ouverture lui ont fait prendre une teinte marron, sans pour autant lui faire perdre de son intérêt gustatif.
Une claque. Une acidité et une finesse qui me font penser à certaines bières cantillon. C’est d’une élégance crasse !
Quite light for the maceration, floral nose, ever so slight tannins at the beginning but oxidises quite quickly.
OVNI.... ce vin sort tellement du référentiel classique de la dégustation ! C’est une explosion olfactive qui évolue au fil de l’aération : cire, ananas, poivre, épices.... Et en bouche, on a un jus droit, sur le fil. Je conçois que cela puisse déplaire, mais si l’on accepte d’être bousculé, c’est une très belle expérience !
Nice orange wine , calm and complex nose, orange, white flowers, ginger, Asian spices , if you shake a bottle you will get more mushrooms and easty notes Medium body, soft and rounded palate with high acidity and without tannins

Excellent orange wine, elegantly fruity, a tropical hint. a perfect pairing with our exceptional dishes !
Potpourri on the nose, honey and marmalade on the way down. Ruddy sunset color. Tasty.
Another great vintage. This one had a lot more honey and lemon coming though on top of the apricot. Light and bright.
